Following the launch of the original website we designed for EJM in 2018. The business underwent a period of expansion, recruiting, investing in equipment and undertaking larger commercial projects and clients. In 2021 we completed full redesign and rebuild project of the EJM website.
The new site focuses on offering services to a wider range of clients. A new site map was produced in order to ensure a logical flow to the site. In addition we wanted to present clients with information relevant to their needs. This site has grown in every way since the 2018 site. We recently updated our processes, we started using Adobe XD. Adobe XD is a vector-based user experience design tool for web apps and mobile apps. Using this powerful software allows us to progress through the Design stage of projects faster and with greater results. We are able to get so much closer to the final look of the website – and we love it!
The website was designed to be both interactive and user-friendly. Two sections where we allowed some artistic flare was the Residential services page and the Homepage. Here we used a number of interactive roll-overs. In the first instance, it is used to demonstrate what area of the tree is attended as part of each service. On the Homepage we use photos to demonstrate the type of work undertaken by each client type.
